Wills and Probate: A will can ensure that on your death your estate will be shared amongst those whom you wish to receive it. A will drawn up by a solicitor is a legally binding document which will ensure that your wishes will be carried out on your death. Other good reasons to make a Will:

* A will can make provision for the unthinkable, such as an accident in which you and your immediate family died together.
* A well-drafted will could save inheritance tax on your estate.

WORKING HOLIDAY MAKER: A person qualifies to make an application under this category if the person:

* is a citizen of a commonwealth citizen aged between 17 and 30;
* wishes to come to the UK for an extended holiday, and intends to take employment as part of the holiday for no more than 12 months during his or her stay;
* does not intend to set up in or run a business, or work as a professional sportsperson during his or her stay,
* is single, or
* is married to, or are in a civil partnership recognised in the UK with someone who also qualifies as a working holidaymaker and they plan to take the working holiday together;
* does not have any dependent children aged five or over, or who will be five before the holiday ends;
* can support himself or herself and live in the UK without needing any help from public funds;
* has not spent time in the UK on a previous working holidaymaker visa; and
* intends to leave the UK at the end of his or her holiday.
